CalArts does not have an opinion for or against unionization, and respects our employees’ decision to engage CalArts United-United Auto Workers as their exclusive bargaining representative.

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) set the dates to conduct a secret-ballot election for employees in three bargaining units to determine whether they would like CalArts United-United Auto Workers (“UAW”) to be their exclusive bargaining representative.
