This week, CalArts and UAW have reached two additional tentative agreements between bargaining sessions on: (1) Tax Assistance and (2) Orientations.
The Tax Assistance article generally provides that CalArts will provide timely W2s to employees and that when an error is found in tax documentation due to CalArts’, CalArts will work to remedy the error in a timely fashion.
The Orientations article generally provides that CalArts will endeavor to give mandatory orientations to new employees and provide UAW up to 30-minutes of time to make its own presentation regarding the union and its membership during these orientations.
